Pelican (the modern successor to Pterodactyl) provides full Docker-based game container lifecycle management. Servers are created in minutes using modular 'Eggs' (Paper, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Terraria Vanilla, tModLoader, Hytale) with custom CPU/RAM quotas, allocated network ports, automated backup schedules, and host storage mounts for persistent world saves.
